旋挖钻机在高寒低温环境下的钻孔桩施工

摘要 黑龙江省地处我国北方边陲,冬季时间长,气温低,不利于混凝土施工。对于跨江大桥施工,由于桥型复杂,施工十分困难,导致整体施工工期紧张。因此,近年来施工单位为保证跨江大桥工期,越来越多地利用冬季进行下部钻孔桩施工,以确保建设工期。旋挖钻机在高寒低温环境下的钻孔桩施工工法,是经过几年冬季施工实践,积累的一套行之有效的冬季施工工法,具有施工组织简单,成本低,效率高,成孔质量好,安全性高,经济效益佳等特点。 Heilongjiang Province is located in the border of North China.Long winter and low temperature are not conducive to concrete mixing construction.For the construction of the river crossing bridge,it is very difficult and has a tight schedule because of the complexity type of bridge.In recent years,more and more construction units use the lower part of bored pile construction in winter to guarantee the construction period. The bored piles construction method of Rotary Drilling Rig in the cold temperature environment is an effective construction method summarized during several years of construction practice in winter.It has many advantages,such as simple construction organization,low cost,high efficiency,good hole quality,high security,high economic efficiency and so on.
