Discussion on Type-A H1N1 Flu from Cold Pestilence

分析此次首发于墨西哥的甲型H1N1流感疫情特点,根据中医学天人相应的原则,运用五运六气理论,结合临床观察,从寒疫的源流、病因病机、发病特点等方面分析,认为此次甲型H1N1流感属中医学"寒疫"范畴,病机本气先虚,风寒疫毒挟湿,邪犯太阳,表(太阳)里(太阴、少阴)同病,而见发热、咳嗽、喘促等症,以小青龙汤为基本方治疗本病,可取得良好疗效。

To analyze the features of Type A H1N1 flu that occurred in Mexico for the first time.Investigating the origin,etiology and pathogenesis and characteristic of the cold pestilence.According to the principle and theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with clinical observation,taking Five Circuit Phases and Six Atomospheric Influence as the instruction,thought that Type A H1N1 Flu is the category of ＂cold pestilence＂in Traditional Chinese Medicine.The pathogenesis is on the base of Qi deficiency,pathogenic wind-cold and epidemic toxin invasive the Taiyang and Taiyin,even Shaoyin.That Small Blue Dragon Decoction as the basic square treatment of the disease can get good effects.
