为了更好地贯彻节能环保这一长期国策,我们应当坚持解决现存问题的正确方向,在总结多年来电气节能设计经验的基础上,细化各项准确可靠的节能措施,实现优化设计。根据节能评估和审查的要求,在建筑电气设计中我们应当更好地处理与节能相关的各种要素。

In order to carry through the national policy of energy saving we must adhere to correct direction. On the basis of our experience in electrical design, we apply a lot of energy saving measures. According to the requirements of energy saving evaluation and examination we should attend to the relations between essential factors and the energy saving measure in the electrical design.
