摘要
针对几口矿现有铲运机润滑油存在的问题，从铲运机的动载荷、热载荷、柴油与润滑油性能匹配和在用润滑油升级等方面进行了技术分析，提出采用CE级取代现用的CD级润滑机油更为合理。
Drawbacks of lubricating oil currently used in underground LHD units in Fankou Mine are discussed. Technical analysis is made on dynamic and thermal loading of LHD units,on how lubricating oil matches diesel fuel in terms of performance as well as how currently used lubricating oil could be upgraded. On the basis of this it is concluded that the CE grade engine oil can be used to replace the CD grade oil,producing better performance.
