摘要
介绍了苯酚丙酮装置烃化系统精馏塔模拟软件。给出了烃化系统精馏塔模拟与分析方法和策略。利用该软件对烃化系统精馏塔进行了模拟与分析;模拟结果与设计或实际生产数据基本一致;分析结果表明:CT401和CT402塔操作比较适宜,CT502塔回流比较大应减小;若CT502塔回流比从目前的114降为80,该塔可节能30%。
The software, method and strategy for simulation and analysis of distillation columns of alkylation system in the production of phenol and acetone are introduced in this paper. The results of simulation are approximately identical with value of design and/or practical production. The analysis shows that the operation conditions of columns CT 401 and CT 402 are suitable, whereas the reflux ratio of column CT 502 should be decreased. The energy consumption could be reduced 30 % when the reflux ratio is decreased from 114 to 80.
