从20世纪80年代开始,我国的出国(境)培训经过30多年的开拓,累计选派培训学员约77万人次,取得了可喜的成果,为我国人才队伍建设、经济和社会快速发展提供了出色的服务,彰显出迷人的风采。

Li Yuanchao,a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,the country's ruling party,and the head of its Organization Department,said that he gained a lot from crisis management training at Harvard University. He delivered a speech Friday at Harvard University,highlighting the importance of training to Chinese off icials. At first,he didn't know why the first lesson at Harvard was about crisis training. Not more than two weeks after his return from training,a severe food poisoning incident broke out in Nanjing. Thanks to the crisis management training he had received,more than 200 people were rescued and the suspects were apprehended within 36 hours. He gained praise from the public and from the central government.
