复方健胃消食浸膏粉免疫调节作用的实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Immunomodulating Effect of Formulation of Fufang Jianwei Xiaoshi

摘要 为了探讨复方健胃消食浸膏粉对小鼠的免疫调节作用,将80只6~8周龄、18~22g的雌性BALB/C小鼠随机分为1个对照组和3个剂量的复方健胃消食浸膏粉干预组,干预剂量分别为0.2、0.6和1.8g/kgBW(body weight)。干预30d后,进行细胞免疫、体液免疫和NK细胞功能检验,测定脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力、迟发变态反应(DTH)的程度、抗体生成数、半数溶血值(HC50)和NK细胞的活性。结果显示,在细胞免疫功能试验中,0.6g/kgBW复方健胃消食浸膏粉干预组明显增加小鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖能力,0.6g/kgBW和1.8g/kgBW干预组增加小鼠DTH的程度;在体液免疫功能试验中,各剂量组均能提高小鼠抗体生成数,但各组间HC50值未见显著性差异,在NK细胞功能实验中,0.6g/kgBW和1.8g/kgBW干预组能提高NK细胞活性。以上结果表明,传统中药复方健胃消食浸膏粉具有增强小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫和NK细胞活性的功能。 To observe the immunomodulating effect of formulation of Fufang Jianwei Xiaoshi in mice, 80 healthy female BALB/C mice (6- 8 weeks old) were administered with formulation of Fufang Jian Wwei Xiaoshi for 30 days with the dose of 0, 0.21 0.6 and 1.8g/kgBW (body weight), then the capacity of spleen T lymphocyte proliferation, delayed allergic reaction (DTH), the number of plaque-forming cells, the level of serum HC50 and natural killer cell activity were determined. In comparison with the values of the control group, the administration of Fufang Jianwei Xiaoshi of 0.6g/kgBW can significantly raise the capacity of the mitogen Concanavalin A (Con A)-induced lymphocyte proliferation, the administration of 1.8g/kgBW sees no significant effect, with only a slight increase. The administration of 0.6g/kgBW and 1.8g/kgBW of Fufang Jianwei Xiaoshi can enhance the delayed allergic reaction (DTH); all groups of Jianwei Xiaoshi see an increase of the number of plaque-forming cells; the administration of 0.6g/kgBW and 1.8g/kgBW of Fufang Jianwei Xiaoshi can increase Ihe cell activity of the natural killer. Nevertheless, no significant differences on the level of serum HC50 between control group and administration groups were observed in our study. These results suggest that the formulation of Fufang Jianwei Xiaoshi is a possible immune stimulant and may strengthen the immune function on cellular immunity, the humoral immunity and the cell activity of the natural killer.
