Expression and Significance of MMP-9 and Survivin in Endometrial Carcinoma

目的检测MMP-9和survivin在子宫内膜癌中的表达,探讨二者在子宫内膜癌发生、发展、转移中的作用。方法本实验以110例子宫内膜癌标本作为研究对象,60例正常子宫内膜组织作为对照,采用流式细胞术检测MMP-9和survivin蛋白在不同指标及临床病理特征之间的关系。结果MMP-9和survivin在子宫内膜癌中的表达均明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05);MMP-9和survivin的表达与肿瘤患者的临床分期、肌层浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);MMP-9和survivin在子宫内膜癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9和survivin与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展关系密切,联合检测MMP-9和survivin可能对判断预后有重要意义。

Objective To detect the expression of MMP-9 and survivin in endometrial carcinoma and explore their role in pathogenesis, development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods We took 110 cases of endometrial carcinoma as experimental group and 60 cases of normal endometrial tissue as control group. We analyzed their expression of MMP-9 and Survivin in the different indicators and the different clinicopathological features by using the flow cytometry. Results The expression of MMP-9 and survivin in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the normal endometrial tissue（P〈0.05）. The expression of MMP-9 and survivin was associated with tumor clinical stage,myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）. There was a positive correlation between MMP-9 expression and survivin expression in endometrial carcinoma（P〈0.05）. Conclusion MMP-9 and survivin may promote the development of endometrial carcinoma, and the combined detection of MMP-9 and survivin may be helpful to predict the prognosis in patients with endometrial carcinoma.
