不同亚型注意缺陷多动障碍行为问题对照研究

Behavior Problems in Different Substypes of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder:A Case Control Study

目的比较注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)各亚型与正常儿童的行为问题。方法将符合DSM-Ⅳ ADHD诊断标准的79例患儿分为注意缺陷为主型(PI)38例;多动/冲动为主型(HI)21例及混合型(CT)20例,采用Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ)比较各亚型与正常儿童的行为问题。结果各亚型行为问题检出率均高于对照组,差异具有非常显著性。CT型各行为问题检出率高(焦虑问题除外),PI型学习问题及焦虑问题检出率高,HI型品行问题检出率高。结论ADHD各亚型行为问题发生率高于正常儿童,各亚型行为问题发生率不同。

Objective To analyze the behavior problems of the different subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD）. Methods We classified 79 cases of children consistent with DSM-IV ADHD diagnostic criteria into 3 subtypes including 38 cases of attention-deficit-predominant（ADP）, 21 of hyperactive/impulsive predominant（HIP） and 20 of combined type（CT）, and compared the behavior problems of various ADHD subtypes with 40 normal students. Results The incidence of behavior problems of ADHD subtype was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of behavior problems （except anxiety）in ADHD-MT was highest, the incidence of learning problem and anxiety in ADHD- ADP was highest and the incidence of conduct problem in ADHD-HIP was highest. Conclusion Students with ADHD have more behavior problems than normal ones. The incidence of behavior problems is different in its 3 subtypes.
