Cys C、hsCRP、UMA联合检测在诊断糖尿病早期肾损害中的价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、尿微量白蛋白(UMA)诊断早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的意义。方法研究对象为300例2型糖尿病(T2DM),仪器为OLYMPus 640生化分析仪。结果糖尿病组CysC、hsCRP、UMA水平均显示高于正常对照组(P<0.05),联合检测阳性率明显高于单项检测。结论CysC、hsCRP、UMA是糖尿病肾功能损害的早期标志物;联合检测可提高早期肾功能损害的检出率。
