浅析F30-IIG200mA X线机主可控硅的单向触发

摘要 近几年北京万东公司出厂的F30-IIG200mA X线机与以往出厂的该型机器在电路上有所改进,其中高压初级电路由原来接触器控制通断改为由可控硅控制的无触点开关去控制高压初级通断,当可控硅有一路损坏开路或未触发时,使高压初级电流猛增、自耦变压器发出嗡嗡过载负荷声、拍片时厚部位不能穿透,负载时千伏表、电压表数值下跌明显。 F30-ⅡG200mA X machine has been greatly improved in the electric circuits comparing with the former types of the machine produced by Beijing Wandong Company,especially the turning on and off high pressure junior electric circuits has been controlled by non-touching button monitored by silicon-controlled rectifier instead of touching-controller. As soon as the damage or non-touching occurs during the electric current circuits of silicon-controlled rectifier,the current of high pressure junior electric circuits inereases abruptly,the noise of over-loaded current lets out from photo-coupler capacitor,x-ray penetration cannot reach the thick part when photographing, the number of volt and voltage decrease significantly when electric current over-loaded.
