结核性脓胸126例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 126 Cases of Tubercular Pyothorax

目的探讨结核性脓胸内科治疗结合局部治疗在临床中的应用价值。方法对126例结核性脓胸患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果治愈46例占36.5%,好转56例占44.4%,手术52例占41.3%(其中包括好转患者),无变化4例占3.2%(因并发基础疾病所致病情不稳定或合并肺结核而无手术条件),死亡3例占2.4%。本文数据显示联合治疗提高了治愈率,又为好转患者创造了根治性手术的必要条件,同时也降低了手术率。结论内科治疗结合局部治疗是当前治疗结核性脓胸的较佳选择。

Objective The discussion tubercular pyothorax＇s internal medicine department treats the union partial treatment in clinical the application value. Methods Carries on the review analysis to 126 example tubercular pyothorax case. Results Cures the 46 example to account for 36.5%,changes for the better 56 examples to account for 44.4%,surgery 52 accounts for 41.3%, （includes change for the better case）,does not have changes 4 examples to account for 3.2%, （because of concurrent foundation disease,condition unstable or merge pulmonary tuberculosis,but non-surgery condition）,dies 3 examples to account for 2.4%. According to this article data demonstrated that raised the cure rate,also has created the essential radical cure surgery condition for the change for the better case,simultaneously also reduced the surgery rate. Conclusion Ties the nuclear pyothorax case to treat and to unify the partial treatment in the internal medicine department,is a current treatment tubercular pyothorax very good choice.
