手术治疗胃溃疡的临床观察

The Clinical Detection of Gastrelcosis by Operation

目的探讨手术治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的胃溃疡患者临床资料。结果三组患者的临床症状均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),胃排空时间依次Billroth Ⅰ式胃空肠吻合术、BillrothⅡ式胃空肠吻合术、Roux-en-Y胃空肠吻合术三种术式顺序,依次延长。Billroth Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合术术后输入袢梗阻、吻合口溃疡、倾倒综合征,伤口感染发生率最高;Roux-en-Y胃空肠吻合术倾倒综合征发生率最低;Billroth Ⅰ式胃空肠吻合术其余并发症发生率均较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外3组患者的临床疗效的总有效均>90%。结论手术治疗胃溃疡患者临床症状改善明显,临床效果良好,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach clinical effect of gastrelcosis by operation. Methods To retrospective analyze clinical data of gastrelcosis patient. Results The clinical symptom of three groups were obviously improved,P〈0.05,gastric emptying time of three operation sequence Billroth Ⅰ gastrojejunostomy,BiUroth Ⅱgastrojejunostomy,Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy,by turns elongation. The afferent loop obstruction, marginal ulcer, dumping syndrome,wound infection rate of Billroth Ⅱ gastrojejunostomy were the highest of all, the dumping syndrome rate of Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy was lowest of all,the other complication rate of BillrothⅠ gastrojejunostomy was lower, P〈0.05,the difference was statistical significance. The clinical curative effect of three groups was above 90%. Conclusion The clinical symptom of gastrelcosis patients was obviously improve, the clinical effect was good, complication was decreasing by operation, which was to be used.
