摘要
运用热重法对甲烷芳构化反应所形成的炭进行了程序升温烧炭考察,比较了不同积炭物的DTG曲线的差异;并将积炭量与催化剂活性进行关联,发现Mo/HZSM-5催化剂积炭失活阈值为9%;
A thermogravimetric study is carried out of removal of carbon deposited on Mo Eu/HZSM 5 and Mo/HZSM 5 zeolites for methane aromatization. It is found that the catalyst becomes inactive when the total amount of coke deposited on the catalyst is mole than 9%. The DTG curves of burning deposited carbon are compared. The activation energy of coke burning over the catalyst is estimated by the kinetic equation.
