祛痰止咳胶囊定性鉴别研究

Studies on the Identification of Expectorant cough Capsule

目的探讨祛痰止咳胶囊的定性质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC法),对该中成药中的芫花、紫花杜鹃、甘遂三味药材的定性方法进行了研究。结果建立了这三味药材的TLC鉴别方法,该方法专属性强,操作简便可靠。结论所建TLC鉴别方法专属性强,可用于祛痰止咳胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To study the qualitative quality of Expectorant cough Capsule. Methods The Expectorant cough Capsule were determined adopting TLC to do qualitative study on the Chinese Patent Medicine of Lilac Daphne, Folium Rhododendri mariae and Radix Kansui. Results It has established a method to identify the three medicinal materials by TLC. The method is feasible, accurate and strong specificity. Conclusion The method can be used as the quality control method for Expectorant cough Capsule.
