高效液相色谱法测定复方银黄胶囊中黄芩苷含量

Determination of Baicalin Contents in Compound Capsules of Yinghuang by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方银黄胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Dia-monsil(钻石)C18(250×4.6mm,5μ),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:50:1),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.0997～1.994μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为99.82%,RSD=1.13%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、结果准确、重复性好,可用于复方银黄胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Baicalin Contents in Compound Capsules of Ying huang. Methods The column was Diamonsil Cl8 （ 250 × 4. 6 mm, 5 μ）. The mobile phase was methanol -wateracetic acid （50： 50：1 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the UV detective wavelength was set at 280 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results The liner range of the calibration curve of Baicalin was 0. 0997 - 1. 994μg with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9999. The average recovery rate was 99. 82%, RSD = 1.13 % （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, high sensitivity and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for quality control in Compound capsules of Yinghuang.
