摘要
以程序升温分解(TPDE)和程序升温脱附(TPD)为实验手段,研究了程序升温脱胺(模板剂四乙基胺)对β沸石表面酸性的影响,并对脱胺后β沸石的吡啶脱附行为进行了动力学研究。结果表明,经程序升温脱胺后β沸石表面出现两种强度不同的酸性位,程序升温脱胺较常规高温(550℃)脱胺有利于β沸石表面酸量的增加,但程序升温的速率对β沸石表面酸量影响较小;β沸石的吡啶脱附表观活化能依次为3223kJ/mol、8038kJ/mol,脱附级数均为1。
The effects of temperature programmed decomposition of tetraethylammionium(template)in zeolite β on the surface acidity were studied by means of TPDE and TPD techniques. At the same time, the kinetic behaviors of desorption of pyridine from zeolite β template decomposed were also studied. It is show that this method is more helpful to increase the amount of surface acid sites than calcination in high temperature, but effects of the temperature programmed rate on surface acid amount are small. The apparent activation energies of the desorption of pyridine in turn are 32.23kj/mol and 80.36kJ/mol. The grades are 1 for all stages.
