宫外孕患者手术前后心理状态的观察和护理

Ectopic pregnancy in patients with postoperative observation and care of mental state

目的通过对40例宫外孕患者,手术前后(1周内)的疼痛程度、情绪变化及睡眠质量的观察和护理,了解手术对患者心理活动的影响和心理护理的作用。方法采用同源配对的秩和检验,着重了解手术对患者心理活动的影响。结果通过手术及解释、安慰等心理护理,对患者症状改善有一定帮助。结论加强患者的心理护理工作值得重视。

Objective Based on 40 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients before and after surgery （ 1 week） of pain intensity, mood changes and sleep quality of observation and nursing are to learn surgery on patients with the psychological impact of activities and the role of psyehological care. Methods use homologous pairing of the rank sum test, focused on surgery on patients with mental activities. Results Through the surgery and explained that the comfort and other psychological care of the patient ＇ s symptoms improved to some extent help. Conclusion It is worth our attention to enhance the psychological care of patients.
