摘要
采用高温固相法合成用于白光发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)发光的Sr2SiO4:Eu荧光粉,测量Eu2+掺杂0.0035mol时样品的激发与发射光谱,研究荧光粉在不同合成温度、不同保温时间的荧光光谱及在不同激发波长激发的发光性能。用X射线衍射和扫描电镜比较分析荧光粉在不同合成温度的物相和形貌,确定还原气氛中Sr2SiO4:0.0035Eu荧光粉的最佳合成温度为1250℃和保温时间为3h时,可得到发光性能较好的斜方晶系、α′相Sr2SiO4:Eu。
Alkaline earth orthosilicate Sr2SiO4:Eu phosphor for light-emitting diode(LED) were prepared using the solid-state reaction method.The emission and excitation spectra were investigated under the conditions of doping 0.003 5 mol Eu^2 +.The effect of various calcination temperatures for different holding time and various excitation wavelengths(λex) on spectrum characteristics was studied.The conditions for synthesis and the phosphor phase were investigated and compared using the X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope.The optimal calcination temperature of 1 250℃and holding time of 3 h for Sr2SiO4:0.003 5Eu phosphor are gained under reduction atmosphere,formed the orthorhombicα’phase.
