Ce^(3+)掺杂片状Sr_2MgSi_2O_7的合成及发光性能(英文) 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS AND LUMINESCENCE PROPERTIES OF PLATE-LIKE CERIUM IONS DOPED Sr_2MgSi_2O_7

摘要 采用水热合成技术在不锈钢反应釜中制备铈离子掺杂硅酸盐基发光材料。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜表征产物的晶体结构、形貌及尺寸,并讨论硅酸镁锶晶体水热反应过程。结果表明:经220℃水热反应48h可形成硅酸镁锶相,水热反应产物经800℃保温2h和6h的热处理可明显提高产物中硅酸镁锶相含量。采用荧光光谱仪测试不同温度处理铈离子掺杂硅酸镁锶的光致发光性能,光源为氙灯,经氢气处理后样品中存在唯一波长位于371nm的紫外发光,该发光带激发光谱由3个发光峰组成,波长分别为262、287nm和317nm,该紫外发光强度随热处理温度上升而提高。 Cerium ions(Ce^3+) doped silicate based phosphors were synthesized by a hydrothermal method in stainless-steel autoclave.The crystal structure,morphology and size of the product were characterized using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.Also,reactions of magnesium strontium silicate(Sr2MgSi2O7) crystal during the hydrothermal process were discussed.The results show that the Sr2MgSi2O7 phase can be obtained through the hydrothermal reaction at 220 ℃ for 48 h,and the hydrothermal products through heat-treatment at 800 ℃ for 2 h and 6 h can obviously increase the content of the Sr2MgSi2O7 phase in the product.The photoluminescence properties of the Ce3+ doped Sr2MgSi2O7 annealed at different temperatures were measured using fluorescence spectrophotometer with Xe lamp source.Only one emission peak with wavelength at 371 nm is observed when the samples are treated in H2 ambience.The excitation band of this emission is composed of three peaks with wavelength at 262,287 nm and 317 nm,respectively.The intensity of this band increases with the increase of heat-treatment temperature.
