虾夷扇贝贝壳的微观结构及与功能相关性(英文) 被引量:3

MICROSTRUCTURE OF PATINOPECTEN YESSOENSIS (SCALLOP) SHELL AND CORRELATIONS WITH FUNCTIONS

摘要 用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪研究虾夷扇贝贝壳各部位微观结构、相组成及与功能相关性。结果表明,虾夷扇贝贝壳由三层组成:外层的结构单元为带弧度鳞片;中间层为小板条;内层的结构单元分为两种:闭壳肌对应部位为棱柱状纤维,其它为角钢状纤维。贝壳材料由无机质碳酸钙和有机质蛋白质构成,棱柱层的无机质为文石;其他部位的无机质为方解石。扇贝贝壳不同位置结构组成、结构单元及相组成不同,与其功能需求密切相关。微观结构的差异分布和有机–无机材料复合确保扇贝贝壳具备不同功能保护自己。 Microstructure,phase composition and correlations with functions of the patinopecten yessoensis(scallop) shells were investigated by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The results indicate that structure of the patinopecten yessoensis(scallop) shell consists of three layers.Structural unit of the outer layer is a type of curved scale.The middle layer is a small lath.Structural unit of the inner layer is divided into two types:the part corresponding to the adductor is prism-shaped fiber,other part is angle steel shaped fiber.The shell materials are composed of inorganic calcium carbonate and organic protein.The inorganic substances of prismatic layer are aragonite and the inorganic substances of the other parts are calcite.Difference of structure composition,structural unit and phase composition in different positions within the patinopecten yessoensis(scallop) shells are closely related to the functions required of the specific positions.Differential distribution of microstructure and the composite composition of organic-inorganic materials ensure the scallop shell have different functions to protect themselves.
