摘要
本文研究了用环烷酸—石油亚砜—煤油为萃取剂,以富钇混合稀土氯化物为原料,制备荧光级氧化钇的工艺流程。用360升的混合—澄清槽,经两步分离,一步除杂,稳定得到了5N氧化钇。
The process of producing fluourescent grade yttrium oxide in hydrochloric acid system using naphthenic acid-petroleum sulphoxide-kerosene as extractant and mixed rare earth oxide rich in yttrium oxide as feed solution was studied.The process separated yttrium oxide in two steps and removed impurity in one step.The volume of mixer seteler was 360L.Results showed that the purity of the yttrium oxide was 99.999% steadily.
