快淬Nd_16(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(78)B_6合金的磁性及Msbauer效应

摘要 采用熔融旋淬法制备了标称成分为Nd16(Fe1-xCox)78B6(0≤x≤0.6)系列条带样品。经X-射线衍射、差热分析研究了样品的晶化过程、晶化温度及居里点。讨论了晶化过程与居里点的关系,当非晶开始转变成微晶时,它的bc相在形式上与αFe相很相似;且大约在600℃时完全转变成Nd2(Fe-Co)14B相。当x≤0.15时,平均超精细场随Co含量的增加而增大了。 Melt-spun ribbons of nominal composition Nd 16 (Fe 1-x Co x) 78 B 6 alloy (0≤x≤0 6) were prepared by the single roller rapid quenching method.The crystallization process,crystallization temperature and Curie temperature of melt-spun ribbons samples have been studied by the X-ray diffraction,differential thermal analysis.The dependence of crystallization process on Curie temperature of amorphous samples was discussed.As transforming from amorphous to microcrystalline state,α Fe phase is formed first and then becomes tetragonal Nd 2 (Fe Co) 14 B at about 600℃. As cobalt content is less than 0 15,the average hyperfine field occurs and increases with increasing cobalt content.
