摘要 本文研究了粘结剂含量和温度-时间变化对纳米晶Fe3B/Nd2Fe14B粘结永磁材料的磁性能影响。结果表明降低粘结剂含量可显著地提高纳米晶Fe3B/Nd2Fe14B粘结永磁的磁性能;环境温度对纳米晶Fe3B/Nd2Fe14B粘结永磁的磁性能具有重要影响,在较高的温度下其磁性能将显著下降。 It has been studied that the adhesion and the ageing temperature on the magnetic properties of the permanent magnet consisting of nano-crystalline Fe 3B/Nd 2Fe 14 B powder and epoxy resin.The results show that the residual flux density Br,the maximum energy product (BH)m ,the coercivity Hcb,increase with the reducing the amount of expoxy resin of bonded Fe 3B/Nd 2Fe 14 B permanent magnet,but the intrinsic coercivity Hcj changes little.The ageing temperature influences obviously the magnetic properties of nano-crystalline Fe 3B/Nd 2Fe 14 B bonded permanent magnet,when the ageing is at higher temperature,the magnetic properties obviously decrease.Therefore the nano-crystalline Fe 3B/Nd 2Fe 14 B bonded permanent must be used at the lower temperature.
