摘要
本文采用溶胶－凝胶法合成了ＮｄＦｅＯ３超微粉末催化剂，Ｘ射线衍射结果表明产物单一，ＳＥＭ和ＢＥＴ法测得平均粒径小于０．１２μｍ，６００℃灼烧得与钙钛矿相关的ＧｄＦｅＯ３结构类型，属于正交晶系。
The properties of NdFeO 3 ultrafine catalyst prepared by sol-gel method.XRD,SEM and BET were used to characterize NdFeO 3.The particles prepared are high pure,ultrafine powders, average diameter is smaller than 0 12μm (SEM) and (BET).The structure of NdFeO 3 is perovskite related GdFeO 3 structure type of orthorhombic crystal system. Catalysis test shows that NdFeO 3 has higher efficiency.
