两种含铜抗菌不锈钢的显微组织及抗菌性能

摘要 通过在马氏体和奥氏体不锈钢中加入铜元素制备出两种抗菌不锈钢,分别对其进行了固溶时效热处理,然后对其显微组织进行了分析,并采用覆膜法研究了其抗菌性能。结果表明:奥氏体抗菌不锈钢的抗菌性能优于马氏体抗菌不锈钢的,原因在于奥氏体抗菌不锈钢中析出的-εCu相比马氏体抗菌不锈钢中的更细小、更弥散;马氏体和奥氏体抗菌不锈钢易于杀灭大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,杀灭鼠伤寒杆菌需要一定时间(>4 h),杀灭白色念株菌需要较长时间(>8 h);随着抗菌作用时间的延长,抗菌不锈钢的杀菌效力显著提高。 Two kinds of antibacterial stainless steels were prepared by adding copper into martensitic and austerfitic stainless steels respectively, then solid solution and aging treatment were performed. The rnicrostructure of the two steels was analyzed, and the antibacterial properties were investigated using the cover membrane method. The results show that the austenitic antibacterial stainless steel had better antibacterial properties than the rnartensitic antibacterial stainless steel, because smaller and more dispersive ε-Cu phase were precipitated in the former than in the latter. Martensitic and austenitic antibacterial stainless steels were easy to kill bacillus coli and staphylococcus aureus. Salmonella typhi deratting needed a certain period of time (〉4 h). Killing candida albicans took a long time (〉 8 h). With the prolongation of antibacterial action time, the sterilization function of antibacterial stainless steels increased remarkably.
