摘要一、概述异地口音综合征（foreign accent syndrome, FAS）最早在1907年由Pierre Marie报道，1例巴黎人右侧偏瘫后出现明显伦敦奥塞申地区口音。1919年Pick详尽描述1例捷克人左侧脑半球卒中后出现波兰口音。
