儿童交替性偏瘫与癫痫
摘要
儿童交替性偏瘫（alternating hemiplegia of children,AHC）是一种罕见的发作性神经系统疾病，其主要特点是频繁发作的单侧或双侧肢体不完全性瘫痪，常伴有眼外肌麻痹、眼球震颤、手足舞蹈徐动、智能损害及自主神经功能障碍等。
