骨髓增生异常综合征的诊治策略
摘要
骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）是一组起源于造血干细胞的克隆性疾病，其临床特征主要是造血细胞发育异常、无效造血所致的难治性血细胞减少和易发展为急性白血病。MDS多见于中老年人，年发病率达（3～5）／10万。虽然MDS是一种常见病、多发病，诊断和治疗方面近几年进展较快，但也存在一些争议，下面就简要谈谈个人的一些看法。
