摘要
用TPSR.TRD.CTPR和ITD在线分析技术,初步考察了HZSM-5负载型金属氧化物催化剂上甲酸乙酯氧化偶联表面反应性能,以及催化剂表面对氧的吸附能力、对CO的吸附和反应性能。同时,通过XPS、EPR和CO-IR、COz-IR等物理方法,对甲酸乙酯氧化偶联催化剂的表面组成、表面酸碱性及在不同温度下CO和CO2在催化剂表面吸附态的变化,进行了初步的探索。研究结果初步揭示,不同载体、不同金属氧化物组成的催化剂上甲酸乙酯的转化率、生成物组成和其对甲酸乙酯、氧的吸附特性有关,也和其表面酸碱性有关;同时还发现,甲酸乙酯的氧化偶联不仅发生在甲酸基的C上,也发生在乙酯基的C上。
Using TPSR, TPD, CTPR and ITD on-line technologies, the adsorption capacities for oxygen, monoxide carbon, and surface reaction properties of the metal oxide catalysts sup-ported on HZSM-5 for ethyl formate coupling reaction were investigated. The surface specieswere characterized by CO-IR,CO2-IR,XPS,EPRetc..Itwas found that the adsorption ca- pacities, surface aciditybasicity of the catalysts have an efffect on the surface reaction properties. The results also show that ethyl formate coupling reaction not noly takes place on the formic carbon. but also on the ethyl carbon.
