Panton-Valentine杀白细胞素（Panton—Valentine leucocidin，PVL）是由金黄色葡萄球菌产生的细菌毒素，这种毒素可以在细胞表面打孔溶解白细胞。PVL最早是在甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌（meticillin susceptible S aureus，MSSA）中发现的，随后在耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（meticillinresistant S aureus，MRSA）中也发现该毒素。
