摘要
首次在共沉淀阶段使用超声波辐照的方法制备了LaCoO3复合氧化物纳米微晶,通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和比表面(BET)等分析手段研究了不同频率的超声波对LaCoO3结构和性能的影响。实验证明,在实验范围内随着趋声波频率的增加LaCoO3粒径减小、比表面增加、(104)晶面和(024)晶面的衍射强度减小。
LaCoO3 nanocrystalline was first prepared by coprecipitation under ultrasonic rediation.The effects of different ultrasonic frequencies on structure and property of LaCoO3were studied by XRD,TEM and BET.The results show that LaCoO3particle size decreases, specific surface area increases and diffracted intensity of (104)and (024) crystal faces decrease with the increase of ultrasonic frequency in the experimental rage.
