基于数字地球平台的房地产信息管理系统研究

Study on Real Estate Information Management System Based on Digital Earth Platform

传统的房地产信息管理系统中对数据的显示不直观,没有实现属性数据与地理空间属性的集成,而基于GIS开发的系统成本过高。本文从系统设计、系统开发和系统实现三个方面介绍了以免费的数字地球平台为底层基础支撑平台建立房地产信息管理系统的方案,并用C#.net+Google Earth COMAPI实现了该系统,实现对房地产的空间信息和属性信息的高效管理,能广泛用于房地产中介、咨询、及估价等,为决策者提供定性和定量的支持。

Traditional real estate information management system can＇t display the data intuitively, can＇t integrate the spatial data and attribute data. And development costs of the system based on GIS are too high. This paper talks about a Real Estate Information Management System scheme in three respect： system design, system development and system realization. And it makes free digital earth platform as the basic foundation supporting platform. Also, it uses ＂C#.net ＋ Google Earth COM API＂ to realize the system. This system can manage the spatial information and attribute information of the Real Estate Efficiently, so it could be used in Real Estate Agency, Consultation and Evaluation, offering qualitative and quantitative support for the Decision-maker.
