摘要
选取城市生活垃圾中的九种典型组分进行热重特性试验,根据热失重曲线得出了反应动力学参数及反应速率控制方程;提出燃烧指数表征垃圾的燃烧特性。研究结果表明:垃圾中不同的组分的燃烧特性差别很大,不同的垃圾控制燃烧反应的过程是不同的,废塑料、废纸和废棉布类符合两段燃烧模型,且低温段的动力学参数E和A远大于高温段;其余六种组分可用一段模型来描述,计算得出的失重关系式能较好地反映垃圾燃烧的失重过程,挥发分高的垃圾燃烧指数大,即挥发分高的垃圾容易燃烧,且燃烧速度快。
In this paper, the thermogravimentric experiment of nine municipal solid waste (MSW) compositions is done by using thermogravimentric analyzer The reaction rate control equations and kinetic parameters are obtained through the thermogravimentric curve; a combustion index describing the combustion characteristics of MSW composition is proposed It is found that there are much difference among the MSW compositions During MSW combustion the reaction mechanism with different MSW compositions is not same Some composition such as waste plastics, paper and cotton complies with the twistep kinetics model; the activation energy (E) and preexponential factor (A) within higher temperature range are much greater than that within lower temperature range, while other six MSW compostions can be expressed with certain onestep model There are little errors between the experimental and predicted value of sample weight loss during the combustion It is easier for high volatile MSW composition to burn than that one with lower volatile content
