抑制剂对大肠杆菌作用的透射电镜及微量热法研究

TEM and Microcalorimetry Study on the Morphology of E.Coli Effected by Inhibitors

用透射电镜对大肠杆菌以及大肠杆菌受到３种不同抑制剂抑制时的形态进行了观察，结果发现不同的抑制剂对大肠杆菌的不同抑制作用表现在大肠杆菌的微观形态发生了不同的变化，同时结合微量热的方法，测试了３种不同抑制剂作用下大肠杆菌的生长代谢热谱，热谱曲线的分析结果与透射电镜观察结果吻合。

The morphologies of E.Coli inhibited by Zn_G,SG,and Zn(Ac) 2·2H 2O were respectively viewed by TEM.The power_time curves of E.coli also at the same time were determined with microcalorimetry.The results showed different morphologies of E.Coli with different inhibitors.The morphologic order of E.Coli effected by the selected inhibitors was Zn(Ac) 2·2H 2O>SG>Zn_SG.The results obtained with TEM were compared with those obtained with microcalorimetry and a good agreement was found.
