Enantiometric Resolution of Racemic Biphenyl Diesters of Acidic Drugs Using Amylopectin-tris(Phenylcarbamate) as Chiral Stationary Phase

合成并制备了支链淀粉－三（苯基氨基甲酸酯）手性固定相，利用高效液相色谱首次拆分了酸性外消旋药物联苯双酯，考察了流动相中异丙醇含量对拆分的影响。

Amylopectin_tris(phenylcarbamate) was synthesized and used as a chiral stationary phase after its adsorption on sillica gel. Four chiral biphenyl diesters of acidic drugs were resolved. The effect of isopropanol content on resolution has been studied.
