摘要
研究了铕-敌鼠-DL-组氨酸-CTMAB荧光体系的荧光特性,确定了体系的影响因素和测定敌鼠的实验方法。体系的激发和发射波长分别为330nm和 612nm,各组分的最佳浓度分别为:铕 1.0 ×10-5mol/L, DL-组氨酸 1.0 × 10-4 mol/L, CTMAB1. 0 × 10-5 mol/L, pH为 9. 0。在此条件下,敌鼠浓度在 6.0 × 10-7~ 9.0 × 10-5 mol/L范围内同体系的荧光强度成线性关系,检测限可达8.0 × 10-8mol/L。采用标准加入法测定自来水样品中的敌鼠可获得满意结果。
The characteristics of the europium- diphacinone- DL -histidine-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) fluorescence system were studied in detail. The effect factors of the system and the determination method for diphacinone were established. The excitation and emission wavelengths were 330 um and 612 nm, respectively. The optimum conditions were Eu 1 .0× 10-5 mol/L, DL-histidine 1 .0× 10-4 mol/L, CTMAB 1 .0× 10-5 mol/L and the solution at pH 9 .0. Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity of the system was a linear function of the concentration of diphacinone in the range of 6 .0× 10-7 - 9 .0× 10-5 mol/L, the detection limit was 8. 0 × 10-8 mol/L. Standard addition method was used for the determination of diphacinone in tap water with satisfactory results.
