论课改后教师专业发展的方向和途径

课程改革对教师的专业发展提出了更新、更高的要求。但是,课改后不少老师在积极努力地提高自身专业发展的时候,却遇到了各种各样的问题。本文就是从课改后我国教师在专业发展这一问题上所遇到的问题、课改后教师专业发展的方向和课改后促进教师专业发展的途径这三个方面来进行探讨。

The New Curriculum Reform has posed newer and higher demands of the teachers.However,after the reform,when some teachers are trying their best to improve their own profession,they have met various problems.This thesis is to talk about problems that teachers have met in the development of their profession and the directions of their profession development and the ways to promote their profession development after the reform.
