本文结合我国建设监理领域的现状与发展趋势,分析了全过程监理在工程建设各阶段的目标和要点,提出建设监理应该是全过程全方位的监理,而不能仅局限于施工阶段的监理。

According on the current situation and the developing trend, the article analyzes targets and outlines of inspection entire proceeding of different stages in construction engineering and brings forward that construction inspection not only should include the process of building, but also should include entire proceeding and all-direction.
