The interaction between β cyclodextrin( β CD) and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) was studied by microcalorimetry, a Host Guest binding reaction with 1∶2 stoichiometry was calculated, the first and second stability constants are 1 550 mol -1 \5L and 795 mol -1 \5L respectively. According to the experimental results, several related thermodynamic parameters were also obtained and a possible inclusion model was presented as well.
