摘要
本文叙述了采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇作流动相测定烯效唑含量。该方法标准偏差为０．３８０７，变异系数０．５１％，平均回收率１００．１４％，方法线性关系良好，相关系数为０．９９９９。
The quantitative analysis of uniconazole was undertaken by HPLC,using methanol as mobile phase, the results showed that the standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery were 0.3807,0.51% and 100.14% respectively. The method gave a good linear response ,correlation coefficient was 0.9999.
