农村基础设施发展与农村消费增长的相互关系——一个省际面板数据的实证分析

Correlation between the Development of Rural Infrastructure and Rural Consumption——An Empirical Study Based on the Panel Data of 30 Provinces in China

农村基础设施是农村消费环境的重要组成部分,发展农村生产与消费性的基础设施将极大地促进农村消费。据此,本文以我国30个省(市、区)的面板数据为基础,运用固定效应模型和随机系数模型分析了农村基础设施与农村消费之间的相互关系。研究表明:农村基础设施发展对农村消费增长具有正向促进作用。但不同类型、不同地区的农村基础设施的拉动效应差别很大。因此,我们必须有重点地加强农村基础设施建设,更好地促进农村消费的增长。

The rural infrastructure is an important part of the rural consumption environment and increasing agricultural production and strengthening consumption-based infrastructure can greatly boost rural consumption.So,based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China,this paper applies the fitted effect model and random coefficient model to analyze the correlation between the rural infrastructure and rural consumption.The research shows that the development of the rural infrastructure has a positive correlation with rural economic growth,but such relationship varies with different types of infrastructure and from district to district.Therefore,we should strengthen the rural infrastructure selectively to further stimulate the rural consumption.
