The Arrangements in the Intellectual Property System of Modern China

洋务运动是中国近代化的开端,一部分先进之士开始向西方学习,掀起了"西学"的高潮,在移植西方经济法规的同时,也带来了崭新的知识产权法规。近代中国知识产权的成长经历了从无到有,从不完善到逐步完善的发展过程,但在近代中国特殊的历史环境下,官办企业、民族资本企业以及外资企业所享有的知识产权保护程度却不尽相同。

The Westernization Movement was the beginning of the contemporary history of China,when some advanced people started to study from the west,which led to the vogue of western learning.The process of introducing the western economic laws brought in the new intellectual property laws and regulations.The development of the modern Chinese intellectual property right system thus began and underwent gradual improvement since then.However,under the special historical environment in modern China,government-run enterprises,national enterprises and foreign enterprises do not enjoy the same kind of protection of intellectual property right.
