丁草胺和西草净复配制剂的气相色谱分析法

Analysis of Butachlor and Simetryn in Mixture By Gas Chromatography

本文采用气相色谱法分析丁草胺和西草净的复配制剂。在５％ＯＶ－１７填充柱上，以正二十三烷为内标物，用ＦＩＤ检测器进行检测。本方法得到丁草胺和西草净的变异系数分别为０．１５％、０．５２％，平均回收率分别为９９．５３％和９９．２９％，线性相关系数分别为０．９９９３和０．９９９６，结果可靠，操作简单、快速。

A gas chromatographic method was developed for determination of butachlor and simetryn in mixture, by using glass column(1m×3mm) packed with 5%OV-17/Chromosorb W-HP 60～80 mesh, FID detector,using tricosane as internal standard. The method is simple, rapid and workable. The recovery is 99.53%and 99.29%, the variation coefficient is 0.15% and 0.52% respectively.
