对全球水危机置若罔闻:原因与风险
摘要
全球水危机目前,人们慢慢认识到,世界上可利用的水面临严重的危机。很多国家已经存在这种危机,其他很多干旱和半干旱国家很可能在今后十年或二十年内面临这种危机。看来,当世界专注于经济、粮食、环境和债务一类危机时,另一个重大的水危机正在产生,但由于各种原因。
