摘要
本文针对目前软件专业人才的培养与行业需求存在着不对称的现状,分析社会、教育、企业、学生四方面的原因,探讨从培养目标、教学措施、师资建设、就业指导、职业培训五个层面来改善培养与需求不对称的对策。
Considering asymmetrical situations that currently exist in training and sector demand for professional software talents in terms of quality and structure, universal genius and professional as well as software production and software consumption, the paper conducts analysis on the causes related with society, education, enterprise and student and puts proposals to improve asymmetrical training and demand from five levels, namely training targets, teaching measures, faculty building, employment guidance and vocational training.
