摘要
IT技术与市场的推拉作用,对计算机专业发展提出了更高的要求。本文从实践育人思路入手,设计并完成了多方位的人才培养模式,包括实践课程体系培养模式、产学研合作教育模式、师生传帮带育人模式和学生科技活动模式,并建立了专业实习基地、毕业实习基地、校内技术培训基地和信息创新基地。这些培养模式和实践基地的建设,有力地促进了学生的就业能力和专业兴趣。
The push-pull effects of IT technology and market bring higher developing requirements of computer specialty. From the idea of practice training talents, multiple modes of personnel training are designed and implemented. These modes consist of practice course system, cooperation teaching between schools and enterprises, instruction and guiding training, and science and technology activities. Four kinds of bases are constructed of specialty internship, graduating internship, school technical training and information innovation. These training modes and practice bases are very effective to increase the working abilities and specialty interesting for the students.
