浦肯野纤维在心室颤动发生及维持中的电生理机制 被引量:2

摘要 心脏性猝死(sudden cardiac death,SCD)是目前直接威胁人类生命的“头号杀手”,心室颤动(ventricular fibrillation,VF)是其最主要的原因,同时也是SCD急救中最常见的心电图表现。然而,VF起始和维持的电生理机制至今仍未完全明确。浦肯野纤维是心脏传导系统中极其重要且特殊的组成部分,早在20世纪70年代的研究已经发现,浦肯野纤维在室性心律失常的发生及维持中起着关键作用。随着近年来各类电生理标测技术以及导管消融技术的发展,浦肯野纤维在VF发生和维持中的作用机制日益获得重视。
