摘要
目的研究酸性氧化电位水对暖箱贮水槽的消毒效果。方法随机抽取新生儿病房内的暖箱贮水槽样本60份,使用酸性氧化电位水流动浸泡消毒5 min,采用现场采样评价对消毒前后标本进行细菌学检测,并用对数值判定。结果使用酸性氧化电位水对新生儿病房内的暖箱贮水槽浸泡消毒作用5 min,消毒前后杀灭对数为5.961,杀灭对数值>1,判定为消毒合格,符合《消毒技术规范》的要求,且无致病菌。结论使用酸性氧化电位水对暖箱贮水槽进行消毒,消毒效果达到了国家标准,杀菌迅速、高效、环保、安全,并且长期使用光亮如新;酸性氧化电位水适用于暖箱贮水槽的消毒。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) disinfection on the reservoirs of infant incubators.METHODS The reservoirs of infant incubators in the neonatal ward were disinfected by EOW for 5min.Bacteriological tests were made before and after disinfection in selected randomized samplings.The results were judged with logarithm value.RESULTS The germicidal logarithm value before and after disinfection on the surface of infant incubators was 5.961,more than 1,videlicet eligible disinfection.The total amount of bacteria on infant incubators surface was conformed to the Standards of Disinfection Techniques.CONCLUSIONS Applying EOW to disinfect the reservoirs of infant incubators can reach the state standards completely and has some advantages such as strong germicidal activity,being safer and beneficial for environment.The reservoirs of infant incubators after long use can keep as clean and new.Thus,EOW is appropriate to be used on the reservoirs of infant incubators.
