低碳城市:中国城市化发展的新思路

Low Carbon City:the New Idea of Chinese Urbanization

在全球应对气候变化的背景下,低碳经济和低碳城市的概念应运而生。伴随着我国快速城市化和工业化的进程,发展低碳城市是开拓新型城市发展理论和规划理论的有利契机,也是寻找新的经济增长点,实现低碳发展和可持续发展的必经之路。本文以低碳世界中的中国城市为研究对象,探讨了低碳经济对中国城市发展的必要性,指出低碳经济是中国城市化进程的必然选择,并提出低碳城市发展的战略路径。

The concept of low carbon economy and low carbon city is put forward under the ground that all people over the world is taking action to deal with climate change. With the dramatic speed of urbanization and industrialization in China, experience of low carbon city development would make contribution to theoretical exploration both on new city development and on urban planning theory; it is also a opportunity to find new economic development growth paths towards moderniza- tion and sustainable development. This paper takes Chinese city in the low carbon world as the research object, analyzes principles and features of low carbon city development, and proposes strategic approach to the growth of low carbon city.
